These Terms govern access to and use of Eonata software and services by business customers. By using Eonata, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
Eonata provides software for business operations, records, dashboards, and analytics. You are responsible for the accuracy of business data entered into the system.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for user credentials and access control inside your workspace.
- You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security incidents.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security.
4. Billing and Plans
Paid features are governed by your selected plan. Failed or overdue payments may trigger restrictions based on product policy and communicated billing terms.
5. Data and Intelligence Outputs
Eonata provides business intelligence and AI-assisted recommendations to support decisions. Final business, legal, tax, and financial decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update features for security, compliance, and product improvements. Planned maintenance and emergency changes may temporarily affect availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eonata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate under applicable contractual terms. Access and retention handling after termination follows applicable policy and legal requirements.
